Frames for pictures, PE 2.0

| I'm working with some pictures that needs a white frame, about 2-3 px. Does
anyone know how ones insert frames? I'm using Photoshop Elements 2.0.

Dead easy.
Image - Resize - Canvas Size.
Make it bigger and select White in the colour box.
