Hi
i want to paint a curve. So i use the pencil in the path to draw a curve
but how do i save or paint that curve?

Can you explain what you are doing more completely? Generally if you
have a Path, go the Paths palette and choose Stroke from the arrow dropdown.

Or you can choose a pencil or brush, and with the path active (visible)
hit Enter and it will stroke it with that tool.

It's not quite clear to me what you mean when you say "I use the pencil
in the path." If you have a path in the Paths palette, you click on the
path and then use the Stroke Path command from the Paths palette flyout
menu to paint along that path.
