Hi.
Ensure that there is a reasonable distance between the Flash Head and. the
Camera lens.
The further the subject is away from the Camera the greater this separation
needs to be.
Once you have got Red Eye, then you need to resort to post processing to
eliminate it. Most Photo Programs have some sort of preset to do this, but
none of those are wonderfull.

That depends on whether you mean avodi it, or remove it in photos that
already have it. :)

dedicated to avoiding red eye when taking photographs, and two articles
on removing it. One covers using the Photoshop Elements red eye removal
tool, and one discusses a manual method usable in any graphics program.
