I want to add to a selected picture a frame of 60pixel and this frame should
have an glas-effect (stained glass) in 8 pixel, but couldn't find this
effect and where can I change this 8 pixel.

Hope somebody can help me there.

Hi,

Stained glass effect can be found in FILTER > Texture >Stained Glass
Once you get there, you will find the numbers that you can change to
your preference, like cell size, border thickness or light intensity.
