How to create this thumbnail effect?

| Hi all,
I've come across these thumbnails (or variants on them) a few times on
different sites which leads me to believe they are being created with an
application/action.
Would any of you have any idea which action/app might have been used to
create this quite nifty thumbnail effect?

thanks :)

| Yes go to http://tinyurl.com/najr7 and download for free. There may be a
couple of these types at this site.
This is one I did recently http://www.pbase.com/pshardie/image/57749794
The good thing is each frame can be separately moved, reshaped or
manipulated.
regards
Peter

| That is a great action, but it won't create those thumbnails. Each of the
thumbnails is his example is a whole separate image from the others. Your
action takes one large image and chops it up and frames it. It doesn't take
it, size it down to a thumbnail and then create the frame and shadow.
Though I don't see why you could make one that did. If you do please post
the URL I would love to have it.
BTW the current effect action you have is loved by scrapbookers. You really
did a great job with it. It is a very pleasant effect.
