Author Process logging in CS2

I read a post here recently (maybe from the archive) that described how
to configure CS2 to track and embed details of what had been done to
the document. Now I cannot find the post and I cannot remember out how
to enable it in CS2. Can someone help?

TIA,
Ron

If you prefer, you can also save a log of changes to a separate disk file.
