Computer Graphics with Photoshop

Hi All! Thanking anyone for a reply. Newbie. PS CS

Can you import a short video into PS and place text over it. In order to
import the finished product into Powerpoint 2003. As you PP does not support
text on top of movie.

No. You need to use a video editing program, PS is only for still images.

You want to use something like Adobe After Effects.
