Is there a way to save and print a jpeg with the PS rulers and grids
showing? Thanks.

On a PC:-
Activate the window with rulers and grid.
Alt+PrtScr, Ctrl-N, Enter, Ctrl-V
Layers->Flatten Image
Crop the window border off.

If showing the image at 100% needs a window bigger than your monitor, just
take more screen shots and put them together.
