not too mention almost all these giveaways can be had at ADOBE EXCHANGE for
free.

Which would mean the people offering these items is breaking copyright laws
if not for all of the stuff they include at least some of it.

I think it is just a software collection of free softwares, no
copyright stuffs.

Well, unless they made themselves all of the contents they include on the
disc then it is copyrighted. Most of the stuff on the Adobe X Change is
copyrighted by their creators. Just because they don't charge you for it
doesn't mean they gave up their copyrights to it and it certainly doesn't
mean they want some brain dead XXX turning around and selling it for money.
