It's been a while since I've worked with duotones, but I remember
having to same them as EPS files and setting screen angles before
importing them into a page layout application. Now that I'm placing
native Photoshop CS2 duotone images into InDesign, I'm wondering if I
still need to go in and set screen angles, and if so, where are these
settings set?

Unless you know what you are doing, and you have experience in prepress,
and you know exactly how the job will print on press, and you have a
clear and specific reason why the screen angles must be set in Photoshop
and not in whatever page layout or illustration program you will be
using, you should never set screen angles (for duotones or anything
else) in Photoshop.

Instead, set the screen angles in the page layout or illustration
program you'll be placing the image in, at the time you output the job.
