Can't get it working -- crashes PS whenever an effect is applied. Does
any one know a plug that would produce a similar effect

I have one from Filters Unlimited
maybe some action to download at Adobe Exchange?
do it from scratch ?sepia tone + add some dirt/ noise by filters/textures?
