Computer Graphics with Photoshop - Help function in Elements 3.0

Recently, whenever I click on "Help" in Elements 3.0 I get a message
that says "unable to access help function". I don't remember changing
anything that might cause this. Can anyone help me get my help function
back?

Dunno for sure, but long ago I recall a similar Q and one of the Adobe
software guys said it was probably caused by switching default browsers
from IE ... you might check to see what your default browser is ...
