Can anyone tell me if Photoshop 7.0 can be used on a computer with
O.S, Windows Milennium?

Yes, version 7 runs fine with Windows ME. I used this combination
before upgrading to XP a couple of years ago and it's fine.

Yes it can. Update to 7.0.1 while you're at it.

Milenium is a half breed on the way to XP, it was dog of a system, you'd be
well advised to move on.

more of a question would be can a computer with OS Windows millenium be used
(at all?) hehe

ME was (and is i supose) buggy as hell
