Computer Graphics with Photoshop

I am fairly good at using photoshop, but the problem that i can never
seem to fix is the red tones in a person's skin in a photograph.

if i cut the magenta back a little, it seems to be too yellow or too
green.

anyone have any good tips or know of an area on the web that has good
tips for color correcting photos of people?

Use Image>Adjust<Selective Color to add or remove magenta from red.
