Questions about PS CS Resize Image Wizard

| I just stumbled accross the resize wizard. Is there any downside to
using it ? I'm starting from 6MP images
For print images does it embed a ICC profiles ?

| PS CS doesn't have a wizard of any kind. Resize or otherwise.
