Author Memory not allocated for activation process

On initially executing Photoshop CS, a dialog box appears with the message:
"Memory could not be allocated for the activation process...."
Click OK and Photoshop is terminated.

This is on a Windows XP. OS updated.

Frustrating!

Contact Adobe. By updating some part of your computer or OS something
changed enough that Photoshop CS requires re-activation. HTH.

Had to download a new copy of Photoshop CS and re-activate. Everything OK,
now.

This problem has nothing to do with RAM nor any of your hardwares...
