By having it scanned at 600 ppi, you have already blown up this picture.
Change the resolution to 300 ppi in 'Image Size' (with 'Resample Image'
UNchecked), and you will get a 8 x 12 inch print. Change it to 200 ppi
and you will get a 12 x 18 print. It may be a bit fuzzy, so you could
try to solve that with a bit more sharpening, but don't expect miracles.
The 4x6 print only contains a certain amount of information, and nothing
can increase that (except if you work in the CSI teams).
