Author How do I reset the layers option...in CS2

I want to be able to link 2 images for example and in the layers options all
I see is the eye and nothing else..??

Take a look at http://www.startupshoppe.com/files/graphic.jpg

I've tried to reset to default setting - doesn't work..!!!

Any help is appreciated. Please reply to: jcg222@usinternet.com - please
remove the 222 from the e-mail.

Hold down Shift or Ctrl (depends on the position of the layers) and
select the layers you want to link, then hit the link Icon at the bottom
of the Layers Palette.

You can't...

The Link (looks like 3 chain links) option is now located next to "Add a
Layer Style" button (Circle with the F in it) in the Layers Palette. This
is new to CS2.

Highlight the layers you want to link, then click the link layers button.
