| Hello Everyone,
Can someone tell me how to put a different color outline around each
character of a word?
I am using Arial Black type and want to outline each letter in a different
color.
I have tried a variety of things but can't seem to get this right. I am new
to Photoshop Elements.
Thanks a lot,
Bob

Select the type and stroke on a new layer then combine the two.
