How to extract static image from flash animation ?

| Hi,
I know GIF animator comes with Ulead PhotoImpact can be used to
extract static image from animated GIF files. But I couldn't find
function available that allows PhotoImpact to extract static image
file from macromedia flash .swf file.
Can Photoshop do this ? Or any other software available to do this ?
I've downloaded Flash Toolset 2.0 from internet. However, this
software seems only able to extract resources (parts of image objects)
from .swf file. I couldn't use it to extract full output image from
the file.
Could anyone suggest any software to do the same with .swf file as
animated GIF works on GIF files ?
Thanks:)

| Might need to use screen capture? Otherwise worth looking at Quicktime pro
or other video software, swiffpeg, swflix...?
