Photoshop 7 won't load

| Been using V7 for a year on this computer with no problems, though I don't use
it often since I added CS last November. This is a legally licensed upgrade so
it's not a pirate copy issue.
Anyway, I tried to open V7 yesterday and it won't open. The splash screen is
in the 'initializing' stage when it stops and I get the error message "Could
not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization
information".
CS still opens and runs fine.
A week or so ago I upgraded Acrobat Reader to 6.0 but otherwise I can't think
of anything that would cause this.
I deleted the prefs file but V7 still won't open. Any suggestions before I
re-install it? Was this caused somehow by upgrading Reader?

| Odd are that one of the files has been corrupted - you'd have to
reinstall (or copy the serialization files from ImageReady) to get it
working again.

| Hi Bill,
PS 7 sometimes has a problem with too many fonts and causes the
problem you describe.
If you move any unused fonts to a temporary folder you will find it
will load OK.
Hope this helps
