hi group,
my first posting here.is there a set gamma value for working with windows xp home? my graphics card is a nvidia geforce4 mx 440.many

Normal PC gamma is 2.2.

For print it should be 1.8.

On a Mac they use 1.8 for both... hence web images appear darker on a Mac
and some web designers design at G2.0 to compromise. But 90 something
percent of web traffic is PC, so go with the flow I reckon...
