Author Photoshop hijacks my PDF files

Whenever I try to open a PDF attachment from Netscape
e-mail, it open Photoshop instead of Acrobat Reader. I tried the
normal stuff (changing the preferences in NS and windows), but this
still occurs. Any suggestions?

Try reinstalling Acrobat Reader.
