Rollovers on Slices or ImageMaps
|

| hello,
bit of a newbie-ish question i think. In ImageReady I have the option
of adding rollovers to slices or imagemaps, or both...
If I place a slice on a button and an imagemap on a button, where do
ai put th erollover, or would i only use one or the other.
Is there a sort of guideline rule when to use a slice rollover and
when to use an imagemap rollover?
Many Thanks for your advice.
Regards
Mark.

Guideline: user an imagemap rollover when you want to replace the entire
image in which the map section is held, and use a slice rollover to
replace just the smaller image within a larger one (which is likely to be
slices as well).
The advice is free, and hopefully worth what you paid for it. :)
