I might purchase a new Wacom Tablet. Is ther REALLY a difference
betwen the different tablets? I know there is in price. But is a
Wacome Tablet a Wacom Tablet?
Thanks

The Graphire has 512 levels of sensitivity; the Intuos has 1024. so
you'd expect the Intuos to have better control. The Intuos comes in
more sizes. There was some discussion on this forum about a year ago
whether it was better to buy a big Graphire or a small Intuos. Also,
the Intuos has a programmable menu strip.

Bottom line: yes, there is a difference. If this is a big investment
for you it'll be worth your while to try them out for yourself. A lot
depends on your subjective judgement.

The Intuos 2 has better build quality than the Graphire line, it's
worth the extra.
