Dear All:

I have no idea how to remove half-tone dots from the scan printed image, as
I want this image to re-print.

I heard there are some techniques and also filters available in Adobe
Photoshop to remove the half-tone dots from the printed scan images.

Someone suggested me to use the Descreen filter method, but I don't know
where it is available in Adobe Photoshop?

Awaiting your communication in this matter & thanking you.

Descreen should be available in your scanner software and applied
during the scan .

There is no descreen filter in Photoshop. Normally you should descreen
during scanning. If your software doesn't offer that option, you can try
to blur (Gaussian Blur) a little bit and then sharpen (Unsharp Mask)
again.

What I meant is that there is no standard Photoshop descreen filter. I
didn't say that a third party solution couldn't exist.

True. Until the original poster finds what he needs, Filter - Noise -
Despeckle sometimes works.
