| Hi
Is there a way in which one can convert a .jpg to a .pdf file which
can neither be edited, copied or printed using photoshop or acrobat?
I tried doing this; while acrobat cannot print it, photoshop does not
impose any such restriction.

If you are asking if there's a way to stop someone from printing a PDF, no.
Many programs and tools exist which a person can use to print any PDF,
regardless of its security settings.
What's your goal? What are you trying to accomplish? There may be another way
to do it.
