Computer Graphics with Photoshop - Print Screen

Print Screen - paste works then quits

Hi,

Does anyone else have the following issue:

I am able capture screen shots using the print screen key (or alt +
print screen) and can paste the result in adobe photoshop; this works
a few times in a row. If I capture more than three or four screen
shots photoshop won't see the screen captures but acts like something
was pasted in the new canvas. I thought it was an OS issue but other
applications will still see the screen captures.

The following are some system components:
Win2k Server
3.0 GhZ
512 MB
GeForce4 Vid Card

You don't say what version of Photoshop you have. However, you can try
purging the clipboard in Photoshop. I think this option is on the edit menu
under purge. This will clean out the clipboard, they you can trying another
print screen and paste operation. Make sure you have any patches installed
for your version of Photoshop. There was a version of PS a version or two
back that had this problem. I think it was 6.0 or it might have been 5.5.
