Author Olympus "black board" mode - photoshop action?

i used to have an olympus c-3040, and i really liked shooting things
in the "black board" mode, for creative purposes.

now i have fancy schmancy canon d10, yet i find myself missing the
results i could get w/ that bb mode.

does anyone know of a photoshop filter or action, that performs the
same effect? ive messed around w/ Threshold, but that doesnt seem to
be quite the same....too harsh or soemthing.

It's a trivial thing. Image - Adjust - Invert then Image - Adjust -
Levels. Do it while recording the action and re-use as you wish. Create a
droplet of it and drag a whole folder on for instant gratification.
