Author can not scan the film

Dear All,

I don't know what happen. When I scan the film after the computer show
"cannot find the film, make sure the film is positioned correctly
and try again".

Software: Photoshop 7
scanner : Epson 1200Photo
document source: color neg film
image type: color photo
destination: Epson stylus printer (photo)
I use winxp

Do you have anyone can be tell me how to do it?

I had the same problem with my Epson 2400 flatbed scanner. An Epson tech told
me: in Manual mode, click on Configuration and remove the check mark from
Automatic Preview. This did the trick. It worked as he said it would but
without Auto Preview. I didn't like not having the Auto Preview so later, I
turned the check mark back on and it's worked fine ever since.
