Hello,

We have developed a very useful product for webmasters who wish to add live
support in their websites.

Please, read http://www.spanto.com/shareware/realtimequery.html for
details.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I've been using boldchat for some time now - they're excellent. We did
review numerous similar services but boldchat appeared to be the best
service for the money involved. LivePerson was another option but appeared
to be very expensive.

Dear Rob Cook,

Thanks for your answer, I already knew about boldchat, and yes, it is a
very nice product.

I visited your domain and I was unable to contact you by any support
system. Do you have a support system installed in your site? If not, I
sincerely recommend to take a look to RealTimeQuery at:

http://www.spanto.com/shareware/realtimequery.html

The main difference between our product and other good products in the
market is that we have not monthly payments, our product is just like any
other shareware product, you have to pay for it only one time.

Thanks

Ramon Rabaso
