| I wonder what is the websire buiding websire without coding but wth
the fearure of inserting HTML code, Develop a CSS template that could
be easily mainitend without the epensive tool from Adobe?

Aren't epensive tools only for thoughtful sites?
Besides, who needs anything other than a text editor and possibly a
few graphics tools?
