Excuse me, but I was training someone under my team how to advertise
over the phone with google groups
If you happen to see the same letter sorry that it offended you...
That was not very nice of you posting a personal reply with his
advertising when this is the first time advertising in google groups

You should learn to read before you write.

Every usenet newsgroup (this does NOT belong to Google!) has an FAQ.
The FAQ for this newsgroup states that ads are NOT WELCOME.

This wasn't advertising. It was SPAM - pure and simple. Don't be
surprised if you lose your affiliate status.
