how to report spamming & trademark infringement

| The company I work for has had many problems with what we feel is
abusive material on scam.com.
Examples are as follows:
1. A former employee has gone on anonymously and posted negative
inaccurate information on the company. All employees sign a non-
disclosure agreement as well as a non blogging agreement.
2. Copy write and trademark material is posted on the site.
3. I have found 2 URLs with the exact same content on it.
How do I report these issues, are all of the issues something the
Google enforces. If so where do I find the actual terms so that I may
report it properly and where do I actually report it.
Last after I have reported violations, does Google notify me of any
actions taken.
Thanks,
Cyndi

What connection do you believe Google has with scam.com? As I'm not
aware that there is any, I'd be astounded if Google "did" anything. They
certainly wouldn't report to you.
I note that you are posting to the USENET newsgroup alt.www.webmaster
(where issues concerning website operation and web server administration
are discussed) via the GoogleGroups interface. Your posting has no
connection to Google, and no human at Google is expected to read it.
What you want is a lawyer.
Blinky, perhaps you have some recommendations? ;-)
