What was wrong? I have used them for six months, sending about 10,000 emails
a month (to members of a business organization) and it's a real timesaver
for me. Because of the easy opt-out, recipients seem to prefer it as well. I
haven't had any problems with their service personnel, but haven't really
needed much support; the system is pretty self-explanatory.
I'm not discounting your experience, I just want to know what problems you
had so I can be on the lookout.

I briefly used CC, but found these guys had better support.
http://www.ymlp.com/ - am sending about 70,000 people 3 newsletters a
month. Nice multi-lingual support which I need.
