Did you read it before posting it? There are glaring typographical
errors, grammatical errors, and parts of it look as though they have
been cut and pasted out of context from other documents!

That aside, the entire article is complete bollocks, and is summed up
at the very end within Bill Gates' quote when he says "keep the
customer happy"....
