Hello

How or what program do i use to change my IP/location every fixed period of
time?

Someone told my Curl or Proxy programs, but I'm not really sure still.

Let me know, Thanks.

Don't know of a program but you can do it manually on DSL (also possibly
cable) by unplugging your modem for a period of time. When you plug it
back in, you will have a new IP.

Maybe, maybe not. It just all depends on which is the next active IP.

For instance - my cable modem keeps its lease for 7 days (the cable
default). But I've had the same IP address for almost two years - when
it renews it just gets the same IP address.
