I put it up for myself to post my clients and my web sites on it
trying to get more traffic direct our way.
looks like the whole world is finding it...the bandwidth it is using
is becoming HUGE....geeez had no idea
now it is another web site I have to keep on top of it, but at least
it is working

It has a grand sum of 64 sites listed on it, and it's been around since
2002.

Try submitting it to: www.dmoz.org It won't generate connections
immediately but it seems to work pretty good once the big search engines
update and start spydering you.

Our speaker at the local ICCA chapter meeting this month was a guy who
is an editor (regional - northern VA) for DMOZ. He said the best way to
get into DMOZ is through the regional or city editors. No waiting in
his queue right now, for instance.
