Read the terms, it states that they do allow stuff from a thirred party to
be posted.
Although I did not read them in full.
But yes, I would just 403 the entire domain.

Actually, I found this on their Policies page ....

"Do not post copyrighted content without permission."

...... and a whole page on how to report copyright infringement.

(Which seems like too much to bother with.)
