There are several freeware clip managers, Some of them provide a
boiler-plate function (strings you can assign shortcuts to). I believe
that is what you are asking for (autotext-like feature). And, of course,
they all provide access to a cut and copy (Windows clipboard) history in
some way, shape, or form.
If that is what you are looking for - do a Google search for free clip
managers and try them out. I'm currently using Clip Diary (no autotext),
but have also used ClipX, Yankee Clipper, and Clipboard Magic
