Author web site based batch printing

I need to design a site (or prefer to find software or script) that
will take multiple RTF or DOC files from a folder on the FTP server
and print as a batch to the client. The user would log in and simply
hit a "print" button and all documents in thier folder would print one
after the other on thier printer. Does anyone know how I can do this
or send me to some software (affordable) or free scripts, etc.
