Best Paid Visitors/Traffic Service?

| What is the best paid visitors/traffic service?
I'm looking for real visitors, and as many as possible of them
(and yes, for the lowest price available).
Does anyone have experience with any good ones?

The best way to get traffic to your site is to have relevant content,
in a well-designed site that's search-engine friendly. Then it's just
a matter of sitting back and waiting.
The usual suspects will help, too. Try and get your site listed in
DMOZ - you won't get many hits directly from there, but a lot of sites
re-publish DMOZ content so it will give you a significant boost to
pagerank. Advertise your site in your sig when posting to Usenet -
that has a double benefit of attractive visitors who read the posts on
Usenet and also of generating pagerank from all the websites which use
Usenet as a free content-generator. (Obviously, make sure that your
posts are relevant, and ensure that your sig is within reasonable
limits, when doing this). Mention your site in your blog, and
encourage other people to syndicate your content. Create a video
promoting your site and upload it to YouTube. Mention your site on
your MySpace profile. Mention your site on your Flickr profile.
Mention your site on Bebo, Facebook, Orkut or any other social
networking system that you belong to. If you don't belong to any, join
some! If it's relevant to your site, then old-fashioned webrings can
generate surprisingly good traffic. Put your own site into your
Del.icio.us bookmarks. Recommend your site to StumbleUpon.
If you want quicker results, then Google Adwords (or other contextual
link services) will generally give you the best return in terms of
value for money, as you only pay for actual visitors.
If you're selling an actual product, consider setting up an affiliate
scheme and promoting your site via the likes of Commission Junction,
Linkshare and Doubleclick. Again, the risks are low as you only pay
for actual generated sales, so you can't lose money if no-one clicks.
Don't forget offline advertising - some of the most popular sites on
the web get most of their traffic as a result of URLs on product
packaging, print adverts, posters, etc rather than from other
websites. Business cards with your URL on can be a good way of getting
the word out. Get some bumper stickers made and put one on the back of
your own car.
Things to avoid are banner exchanges, link farms and PTR mailshots.
You won't get many visitors, and you'll lose far more in credibility.
And, of course, don't even think about using spam.

You should look for paying visitors, not paid visitors.
Who cares how many visitors a site has if all they do is waste bandwidth?

Sorry about that, it is a martial arts web/linksite.
There is some existing income from Google and Amazon.
The page ranks pretty high for the word 'pukulan' at Google.

Schools can get listed, usually for a reciprocal link.
