Front Page 2003 form sent to e-mail

I am trying to send the results of a filled in web page form to an e-mail address. This worked with Verizon-DSL. I have moved and now have cable hook ups from Time Warner Cable. My error message is:

"This form cannot be configured to send results via e-mail. The Web site may be located at a disk based location, or on a server that has not been configured to send e-mail. Contact your system administrator or Internet service provider for more information."

The web site is : www.northernny.org
I choose the personal info tab, fill it in and it goes nowhere. It is however directed to go to "whsny1962@msn.com

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am having this same problem. For a few months now. I did find this article on Microsoft's site if its any help to you. Unfortunately, it is no help to me because I use a company to host my site and all they have done is argue with me that it isn't their fault. Good luck! If you get it to work, let me know how you did it please!
