| I hope somebody can help me find "script" for this.
I want to create a multi-level drop-down menu. You can see the page I'm
trying to do this at

Here is what I want:
The first column should have a first line entry saying "Select a Specialty".
When a user "hovers" the
mouse over that "value", a "dropdown menu, immediately under that value,
should appear, with sample
values like "Chiropractors", "Orthodontists", "Physical Therapists", and any
other sports medicine professional
types I can think of.
When a user "hovers" the mouse over any of these values, a new dropdown menu
should appear, "popped-out" to the right.
I want this menu to contain "States", with the first value in the dropdown
saying "Select a State". Then, like the first column,
when the mouse hovers over any state value, the next level dropdown should
pop out to the right, with a first entry
saying "Select a City", with, of course, the values in that column being
cities in that state.
Of course, I will gradually hard-code the values of the states, cities,
and specialist info into the HTML.
Finally, with the mouse "hovering" over a "city value", the final
dropdown should pop-out, again to the right.
For the entries there, they will finally be the actual "contact" info for
that particular specialist. I need enough room
in each popped-out selection box to allow me to key in a "specialist name",
"address", "phone", and web site link,
if they have their own web site.
For each of these specialist-info boxes, I want to be able to use a
"carriage-control" (typically "Enter"), just to type
the next line of info. Each specialist's box will not contain the same
amount of lines of information (for example, obviously,
not every specialist will have their own web site).
Finally, if a user wants to move the mouse up the page, for example to
select a different "state", all of the dropdowns
that had popped out below the states (i.e. the cities and specialists info)
should disappear from the screen so that
the user is basically starting over, without seeing all of the previous
"extraneous" information.
Of course, I need to be able to control the "background color" of each
new pop-out box.
I know this is a lot, but I know there are probably many examples of
this design on many web sites. All sample code,
or places to get it, are greatly appreciated!!!

Select a Specialist
Chiropractors Select a State
Ohio
Pennsylvania Select a City
Philadelphia
Pittsburgh
Chiropractor 1 Name
Chiropractor 1 Address Line 1
Chiropractor 1 Address Line 2 (if there is one)
Chiropractor 1 Phone
value of Chiropractor 1's site URL (if they have a site)
________________________________________ (a separation between specialists)
Chiropractor 2 Name
Chiropractor 2 Address Line 1
Chiropractor 2 Address Line 2 (if there is one)
Chiropractor 2 Phone
value of Chiropractor 2's site URL (if there is one)
