Author statcounter.com - are they still in business?

I picked today to try my first blog and I want a site counter. I'm
using the cookbook, "The Rational Guild To Google Blogger" and the
examples use statcounter.com.

When I go to that site to register, I get a front page but the site
appears to be dead. Are they out of business or are they just having
a bad day?

If they are no longer in business, what is another free site counter
service?

Thanks

TNX. It's my fault but it's weird. I can see the front page but I
get blocked when I try to drill down.

I block crap and dangerous outgoing IP connections via entries in a
host file. I use the file from here which currently has 17,000
entries. In years of use, this is the first time I've had an unwanted
blockage.

Obvioulsy, there is a web bug or something else that is being blocked.
I prove this by deleting the big hosts file.

Now, how do I find out which domain name statcounter is trying to hit?

I have to think about this.
