I am in the need of finding a chat system. I can't find (or don't know
where to search) a system or set of components to do the following:

1. Allow for moderated channels
2. Allow a voice chat system
3. Have both Web page (html/php or even flash) as well as a
downloadable software client app.
4. integrate with an SQL membership database.

Could you guys PLEASE suggest some systems?

As a side note does anyone know what Yahoo Voice Chat uses to provide
their audio chat solution?
