Author FRAUD Alert - SMARTECH HOMES, INC.
1001 Webs

2007-11-16, 6:21 pm

We believe that any web developer should adhere to a minimum business
ethical standards in order to obtain the needed trust from customers.
Any person advertising himself as a webmaster while acting in a
dishonest manner is very damaging for the reputation of webmasters in
general.
For that reason, we believe it is our duty, to let you and the rest of
the world know that the member of this Group named Jerry Stuckle, who
is the owner of the web site at;
http://www.smartechhomes.com
is cheating on people with the unequivocally purpose of committing
FRAUD.

forfeited last year by the Maryland Taxpayer Services Division.

Entity Name: SMARTECH HOMES, INC.
Dept ID #: D07297567

Principal Office (Current): 9920 BRIXTON LANE, BETHESDA, MD 20817

BETHESDA, MD 20817

DEPT. ACTION - FORFEITURE 10/06/2006 12:03-AM
THE ENTITY WAS FORFEITED FOR FAILURE TO FILE PROPERTY RETURN FOR 2005.
For a Maryland entity, its existence has been ended by the State for
some delinquency.

Good Standing: No

However, more than a year after, Jerry Stuckle, showing a deplorable
lack of business ethics, stills maintains and deploys the website,
claiming to belong to a reputable company and offering all kinds of
products and services
If you have purchased any products or services from these fraudulent
pages or have been approached by Jerry Stuckle in any way to offer you
any kind of commercial transaction involving this fake company after
10/06/2006, you have most likely been the victim of a FRAUD.
You can report this crime by writing to the Federal Trade Commission
or contacting your State Attorneys General:
http://www.consumerfraudreporting.o...generallist.php
Your state Attorney General or local office of consumer protection is
also listed in the government pages of your telephone book.

If you have fallen victim of a Phishing scam originated at any other
of the fake Jerry Stuckler's pages, such as the one at:

If you are approached by Jerry Stuckler, please don't give out any
financial information, such as checking account and credit card
numbers; and especially your social Security number.

NEVER buy anything from a company that is listed as forfeited, as
Jerry Stuckler's are. Don't even visit his Phishing and Spoofed
websites or ask for more information.
It is like feeding a stray cat. Give it one morsel of food, and it
will be there all the time.

We're sorry to have to be the ones to tell you all this, but the
bottom line is, if you want to secure your hard-earned money, then you
better have your feet on the ground, and don't let yourself be cheated
by the likes of Jerry Stuckler.

Be aware also that Jerry Stuckler usually targets unaware uneducated
people, since there's no way that his scams can be successfully
applied on more resourceful people for obvious reasons.

Thank you for your attention.

Sorry, we thought that garbage person had tried to inflict his FRAUD

It's all there. No libel at all.
All has been proved beyond reasonable doubt.

You didn't object however when Criminal Jerry wrongfully libeled us.
How strange...

I am quite familiar with how this particular type of mental illness
manifests itself, which is why I have so little tolerance for it. There
are those who can magnify a real or perceived slight into monumental
proportions in their own minds and they become obsessed stalkers who
will set out to systematically destroy someone's reputation and their

The regs here can have their differences and get into a pissing match

shun the miscreant.

Just consider yourself lucky he doesn't continually post his lies in your
newsgroup as he does in a.w.w.

I'm getting a bit confused.
Who are you talking about ? Jerry, right?

I don't know if you, Steve, or any of you have come to realize that at
this point this is not a game anymore.
It ceased to be anything similar to a game the moment that Jerry
accused us of "scammers", "lacking business ethics", "not to be
trusted", etc. for the "world to know".
plus posting what he thought were my personal details.

You have absolutely no right to complain now if you didn't complain
then.

Now, that's what I call a libel.

You are a pathological lier, Red.
If you're quite familiar with this particular type of mental illness
it can only be for two reasons:
1- You suffer it yourself.
2- You know someone (perhaps Jerry?) who does.
In any of those cases you'd have a great deal of tolerance.
See how easy is to uncover your lies.?
Let me also tell you that your posts are getting weirder every time.
You should have yourself checked.

Sure, sure, Red.
Now, get a glass of hot milk, put the blanket over your shoulders and
just relax.

I agree.
Pity you didn't realize what has been going on during all this time.
It had to be me the one that uncovered the FRAUD SCAM.
No please, don't thank me, I do it for the general community interest.
I believe in decency, you see?

No, I'm talking about you lying.

While Jerry and I have had our differences at times, I trust him one hell of
a lot more than I trust you. People that jump on Usenet posting to a half-
dozen or more newsgroups that X is a fraud, continually and repeatedly posting
said claims and getting in the faces of those that argue against the claims,
are usually full of crap. If I have actual questions related to webdev, I can
ask them here and Jerry, among others, is often able to give cogent, accurate,
professional answers.

Oh, and that is SO much better than your claims about him. I didn't see the
post you are referring to. Perhaps give me a Message ID so I can find it on
Google?

Heh. :)

Because there's nothing there? :) Yeah, go look, it's just an under-
construction page. Whatever.

You DO lie. You keep calling me a spammer. I don't post the same
irrelevant crap to multiple newsgroups at once; that's the definition of
Usenet spamming; go look it up. Putting links in your signature isn't spamming
either, go look that up too, it's been true for decades.

I don't believe any of your claims about Jerry, either. If he was such a
horrible person, why didn't you just take the appropriate legal action a long
time ago instead of carping at him here, now? My guess is that you've done
absolutely nothing because your claims aren't actually true. And they're
serious claims that could get you into a lot of trouble if you pursued them
with the authorities.

among many others ...

It is Steve.
libel:
"a publication without justification or lawful excuse which is
calculated to injure the reputation of another by exposing him to
hatred, contempt or ridicule."

And what Jerry did is defamation:
"In law, defamation is the communication of a statement that makes a
false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may harm
the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government
or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or
criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against
criticism."

And what I did was exposing the Truth.

It did piss you off, did it?
How does it feel?

Because is cheaper to post his wrongdoings here, more effective and
more fun.
And that's what he deserves.
I'm giving him a taste of his own medicine.

If you had bothered to follow the links I've posted to Maryland
Judiciary and Maryland Taxpayer Services Division you would have found
out by yourself that everything I've posted is absolutely true.

And everything he posted about me and my company are plain defamations
for which he's going to get in a lot of trouble.

Actually I'm pretty sure that not a single person that reads this group
agrees with you. For you to gain trust on usenet you must show willing to
co-operate and relate to people in a polite way. Until you realise that
you will get _no-where_. People will neither trust nor believe you.

Do yourself a favour and socialise properly.

What a pity that there are still some here who are blinkered as to
what YOU still do everyday, huh, otherwise you might find yourself in
that shun position. Still, at least you're remaining true to form, by
begging others to ignore someone who disagrees with you in the hope
that they might go away!

PS. Not that anyone cares, but I'll point out that I've not posted
ANYTHING to or about Red for just under a month (while I was sunning
myself under a palm tree :o). Would have been more than happy to let
bygones be bygones and move along with AWW, but on getting home I saw
