Not really, referer spamming. Some people still copy the referer info 1:1
to a web page.

Looks like an attempt to comment spam to me. If you look closer at the
log entry, you'll see that the referrer is set to
"http://www.molon.de/Galleries.htm", which is part of the OP's website.
