Problems with X-Drive

| I'm hoping someone here can help me. I'm having trouble with X-Drive,
the free online file storage site.
A few weeks ago, my PC was dying, and I signed onto X-Drive and
uploaded my files. The process worked and I was able to access
everything. However, a few days ago, I tried to log in, and the system
wouldn't recognize my email address or password.
I now have countless files online in an account the system claims
doesn't exist. I've scoured the site looking for answers and none of
the help files were useful.
Any ideas?

| Thanks for the reply, but I've already been to that page. The online
help files didn't cover my problem. X-Drive doesn't recognize my
username or the email address I used to create my account, so I can't
request a new password. I'd happily upgrade to a paid account to gain
access to the full-service customer support, but again, they don't
recognize my account information so I don't know how I'd go about it.
I'll welcome any further suggestions. It's frustrating to have my data
sitting there online and not be able to reach it.

| Does anyone else have suggestions? I still can't access my X-Drive
account and their help pages don't address my problem.
Any ideas appreciated.

| I phone the support number. You get to speak to someone at the AOL helpdesk.

| Do you have the support number? I was struggling to find it.
