Author Problems with X-Drive

I'm hoping someone here can help me. I'm having trouble with X-Drive,
the free online file storage site.

A few weeks ago, my PC was dying, and I signed onto X-Drive and
uploaded my files. The process worked and I was able to access
everything. However, a few days ago, I tried to log in, and the system
wouldn't recognize my email address or password.

I now have countless files online in an account the system claims
doesn't exist. I've scoured the site looking for answers and none of
the help files were useful.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, but I've already been to that page. The online
help files didn't cover my problem. X-Drive doesn't recognize my
username or the email address I used to create my account, so I can't
request a new password. I'd happily upgrade to a paid account to gain
access to the full-service customer support, but again, they don't
recognize my account information so I don't know how I'd go about it.

I'll welcome any further suggestions. It's frustrating to have my data
sitting there online and not be able to reach it.

Does anyone else have suggestions? I still can't access my X-Drive
account and their help pages don't address my problem.

Any ideas appreciated.

I phone the support number. You get to speak to someone at the AOL helpdesk.

Do you have the support number? I was struggling to find it.
