OT (ish) - How to Contact

| Greetings one & all
A while back there was a site discussed/referenced here that contained
details of how to contact 'hard to contact' organisations (UK specific I
think) - ebay, tv licensing etc. that sort of thing.
Anyone remember/note the url?
Could have been one of Mark's sites - b*gger*t, I don't recall now.

I remember a website (but sadly not the url) which gave you the direct dial
(std code) versions of large companies premium rate lines.....
